1ST PRE-ORDER: It is a 1:1 order system that is made after ordering in leather handmade shoes, and it will take up to 4 weeks from the end of the preorder. It may be earlier or later than the period guided. (From 4 p.m. on Jan. 25)
The standard shipping fee is 60USD. Shipping fees for purchases over 600 USD is free of expenses.

ETHOS ships via DHL. Please check shipping schedules before your purchase. Shipping takes up to 7-20 business days but can be delayed according to shipping areas and availabilities. The invoice number will be sent via email once shipping has begun.
Customs and Duties
Please be advised import duties and tax charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. Please inquire your residing country beforehand.
Please pay your import tax charges within 2 weeks after your package has arrived at the DHL storage center. If payment is not preceded within the 2 weeks, the transaction will be classified as a shipping refusal and only the payment of the product will be refunded.
Please be advised that all related fees such as shipping, duties and tax charges will be deducted from your return value.
Due to the nature of the leather material, there may be a slight difference in tang (color).
Suede leather may cause some discoloration, and please avoid wearing bright colored bottoms.
The overall wide opening and barrel design allows you to feel a little gasping even when wearing the regular size. I recommend it as a regular size, and if you have wide feet, I recommend you to wear it with a thin insole by reflecting it up.

After order is completed, cancellation/exchange/return is not possible due to size change or simple change of mind.
If you want to change the size, please contact the customer center within 24 hours of ordering and we will help you change the size.
