회원가입 안내

Purchase is available both as a member or non-member.You can register your account via [Join] after you agree to the terms of service, privacy policy and fill in a standard form. All services will be free to use as soon as registration is completed.

주문 안내

Order is processed as below: 

Step 1: Search for products. 

Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart. 

Step 3: Log in with a member ID or order as a non-member. 

Step 4: Fill in the order form. 

Step 5: Proceed with payment. 

Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

  • 배송 비용 : Conditional Free : $60 will be charged for shipping, if your order amount is less than $600.

    The standard shipping fee is 60USD.  Shipping fees for purchases over 600 USD is free of expenses.
    (The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Information regarding import duties and taxes is written below.)


    ETHOS ships via DHL. Please check shipping schedules before your purchase. Shipping takes up to 7-20 business days but can be delayed according to shipping areas and availabilities. The invoice number will be sent via email once shipping has begun.
    
    Customs and Duties
    Please be advised import duties and tax charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. Please inquire your residing country beforehand.
    Please pay your import tax charges within 2 weeks after your package has arrived at the DHL storage center. If payment is not preceded within the 2 weeks, the transaction will be classified as a shipping refusal and only the payment of the product will be refunded . Please be advised that all related fees such as shipping, duties and tax charges will be deducted from your return value.


교환/반품안내

We do not take exchanges. If you wish for a new product, please refund your product and reorder a new product.

Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
