ETHOS ships via DHL. Please check shipping schedules before your purchase. Shipping takes up to 7-20 business days but can be delayed according to shipping areas and availabilities. The invoice number will be sent via email once shipping has begun.
Customs and Duties
Please be advised import duties and tax charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. Please inquire your residing country beforehand.
Please pay your import tax charges within 2 weeks after your package has arrived at the DHL storage center. If payment is not preceded within the 2 weeks, the transaction will be classified as a shipping refusal and only the payment of the product will be refunded.

Due to the nature of manual work, the shape of the Etos logo in the middle may not be constant.
It is vulnerable to scratches due to its natural cowhide characteristics, and may have bumps, wrinkles, fine scratches, tendons, small dots or grooves, dent marks, etc.
This is not a defect, so it is not a reason for exchange or return.
