★ Please note that ordermade products are unavailable to cancel until the parcel is fully received and we strongly advise to order after consideration.

★ We strongly advise to wash separately. We would like to notice in advance that we do not accept exchange/refund regarding product deformation due to unadvised washing.
- It is a 1:1 order system that is manufactured after ordering with leather handmade shoes, and you cannot change the size or exchange/return it in the middle of the order due to a simple change of mind.
- If you want to change the size, please contact the customer center within 24 hours of ordering and we will help you change the size.
- BROWN ROOMY BOOTS, designed with wide barrels, is a product that naturally causes gasps even if you wear the right size.
- The more you wear it using vintage leather, the more natural wrinkles or cracks you get, and there may be some partially gray areas.
